Aya number 189 of surat Aal-e-Imran

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ [١٨٩]

And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is over all things competent.
