Aya number 196 of surat Aal-e-Imran

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي الْبِلَادِ [١٩٦]

Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.
