Aya number 131 of surat Al-Anaam

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

ذَٰلِكَ أَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَافِلُونَ [١٣١]

That is because your Lord would not destroy the cities for wrongdoing while their people were unaware.
