Aya number 94 of surat Al-Anbiya

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهِ وَإِنَّا لَهُ كَاتِبُونَ [٩٤]

So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders.
