Aya number 21 of surat Al-Ankaboot

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

يُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ [٢١]

He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned.
