Aya number 53 of surat Al-Baqara

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

وَإِذْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ وَالْفُرْقَانَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ [٥٣]

And [recall] when We gave Moses the Scripture and criterion that perhaps you would be guided.
