Aya number 13 of surat Al-Hajj

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

يَدْعُو لَمَنْ ضَرُّهُ أَقْرَبُ مِنْ نَفْعِهِ لَبِئْسَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَلَبِئْسَ الْعَشِيرُ [١٣]

He invokes one whose harm is closer than his benefit - how wretched the protector and how wretched the associate.
