Aya number 28 of surat Al-Insan

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

نَحْنُ خَلَقْنَاهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَا أَسْرَهُمْ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَا أَمْثَالَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا [٢٨]

We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration.
