Aya number 46 of surat Al-Mumenoon

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا عَالِينَ [٤٦]

To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were arrogant and were a haughty people.
