Aya number 39 of surat Ar-Rad

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

يَمْحُو اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ [٣٩]

Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
