Aya number 150 of surat As-Saaffat

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

أَمْ خَلَقْنَا الْمَلَائِكَةَ إِنَاثًا وَهُمْ شَاهِدُونَ [١٥٠]

Translation: English - Sahih International

Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses?"
