Aya number 18 of surat As-Sajda

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

أَفَمَنْ كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَنْ كَانَ فَاسِقًا لَا يَسْتَوُونَ [١٨]

Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal.
