Aya number 54 of surat Az-Zukhruf

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ [٥٤]

So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allah ].
