Aya number 117 of surat Hud

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ [١١٧]

And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.
