Aya number 41 of surat Ibrahim

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ [٤١]

Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established."
