Aya number 24 of surat Muhammad

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا [٢٤]

Then do they not reflect upon the Qur'an, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?
