Aya number 72 of surat Sad

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِنْ رُوحِي فَقَعُوا لَهُ سَاجِدِينَ [٧٢]

So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration."
