Aya number 33 of surat Yunus

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ [٣٣]

Thus the word of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe.
