Aya number 96 of surat Yunus

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ [٩٦]

Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,
